The location is fantastic, with the hotel situated right by Surasuk BTS Sky Train station. This makes it incredibly convenient to get around, as taxis and Tuk Tuks can be expensive. Plus, the Skyrail is located right outside the front door, allowing for easy access to all the attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, with modern design and interesting features. The bathroom has air conditioning, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. there is a great pool with a nice view, perfect for relaxation.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as room maintenance and cleaning, could use improvement.

Staying here was a breeze as it's located right in front of the BTS train, making travelling around super easy. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service and tours/ticket assistance being readily available. The spa & wellness centre was a great way to wind down, with a sauna and swimming pool available for use. The rooms were equipped with everything I needed, from an in-room safe to a television with satellite channels. I had a fantastic stay here.
I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist sites via the nearby sky train. Amazing views of the city from the rooftop. The rooms were clean and offered beautiful views as well.
In terms of maintenance as some areas showed signs of wear. The cleaning staff was not always attentive and needed to be reminded of basic supplies.

Great location, next to sky train. Cute staff, especially Chain. Helpful in retrieving lost luggage. Lovely room with amazing view. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Free access to jacuzzi and sauna. Relaxing pool on the 11th floor. Nice rooftop bar with hotel discount.
Can't fault anything about it.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in front of the Surasak BTS Skytrain station. This made it convenient for me to explore the city, as I could easily hop on the train and get around with ease. the hotel is close to the metro, making it even more accessible for transportation.
